TOLD FIRST WHEN SOMETHING IS FOUND

New artefacts, second castings and the occasional matched pair. No discount codes, no countdowns.

Four messages a year at most, when something new is recovered. Leave at any time.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Transit
3–6 business days across the US, UK and EU. 6–12 elsewhere. Everything is tracked and insured.
Packing
Double-boxed and foam-cradled; larger pieces crated and corner-braced.
Duties
Calculated at checkout for most destinations, so nothing is owed on arrival.

RETURNS

Window
30 days from delivery, unused and in the original packing.
Cost
On us if it arrived damaged or wrongly finished. Otherwise at your cost.
Refunds
Issued within 5 business days of the piece reaching the workshop.

CARE & INSTALLATION

Patinated surfaces
Dry, soft brush only. Solvents and silicone polish lift the finish permanently.
Mounting
Fixing details are published on each artefact's page once confirmed. Plasterboard without a stud always needs a rated toggle.

TRADE & COMMISSIONS

Trade
Interior and hospitality accounts welcome. Write with the project and we will send terms.
Commissions
A small number each year. Lead times run to several months.
